Terms of Use
Last updated: October 31, 2026
These terms govern the use of VePa Wallet, provided by PIXELDROP SHOP S.A.S., Tax ID (NIT) 901.990.237-3, Valledupar, Cesar, Colombia. By using the app you accept these terms.
1. What VePa is
VePa is a self-custody wallet: software that lets you generate and manage your own keys and sign blockchain transactions. We are not a bank, exchange, custodian or financial advisor, and we do not hold or control your funds.
2. Your responsibility
- You alone are responsible for keeping your recovery phrase (12 words), PIN and recovery password. If you lose them, we cannot recover your funds.
- Always check the address, network and amount before sending. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
- Never share your 12 words. VePa will never ask for them.
3. Swaps and third-party services
Swaps are executed through third-party decentralized protocols (such as LI.FI and the decentralized exchanges it aggregates). VePa shows the quote and you sign the transaction on your phone. Prices may change; network fees are paid by the user and VePa may charge a service fee shown before you confirm.
4. Risks
Crypto assets are volatile and may lose all their value. Networks, smart contracts or third-party services may fail. Price and news information is informational only and is not investment advice.
5. Permitted use
Do not use VePa for illegal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or fraud. You must be 18 or older.
6. Availability and changes
The app is provided "as is". We may update it, change features or these terms; the current version will be on this page.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PIXELDROP SHOP S.A.S. is not liable for losses arising from lost keys or phrases, user errors, failures of networks or third-party services, or market volatility.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
