FAQ

I lost my phone. How do I recover my funds?
Install VePa and choose "I already have a wallet": use your 12 words or, if you enabled the encrypted backup, "Sign in with my email" and your recovery password.

Can you recover my phrase if I forget it?
No. VePa is self-custody: only you hold your keys.

I sent to the wrong address or network.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. If the address belongs to an exchange, contact their support.

Delete your account

If you created an account with your email, you can delete it in the app (Settings) or by writing to soporte@vepawallet.com from that email. We delete your email and encrypted backup. Your funds remain on the blockchain, controlled by your 12 words.
